Community First Services and Supporrts provides personal care assistance and support services to people who need help with daily living activities due to age, disability, or health conditions. Our goal is to promote independence, dignity, and safety by delivering quality care that’s personalized to each client’s unique needs.

CFSS Services – Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

At Maxx Home Health Care LLC, our Consumer-Directed Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) help individuals maintain independence while receiving personalized support at home. We operate under the agency model, meaning we hire and train employees to provide care, but clients also have the option to bring their own employee if they prefer.

CFSS covers assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:

• Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support
   
• Mobility Assistance: Helping with transfers, walking, and safe movement around the home
   
• Meal Assistance: Preparing and supporting proper nutrition
   
• Medication Reminders: Ensuring medications are taken safely and on time
   
• Companionship & Daily Engagement: Supporting social interaction and overall well-being
   

Our CFSS program empowers clients and families to tailor care to their unique needs, promoting independence, comfort, and a better quality of life at home.
