Community First Services and Support

 Community First Services and Support provides personal care assistance and support services to people who need help with daily living activities due to age, disability, or health conditions. Our goal is to promote independence, dignity, and safety by delivering quality care that’s personalized to each client’s unique needs.

Services Covered under CFSS

These are basic self-care tasks, including:

  • Bathing, grooming, and dressing
     
  • Eating and drinking
     
  • Mobility (walking, transferring, positioning)
     
  • Toileting and continence care
    These support independent living and community involvement, such as:
  • Meal preparation and planning
     
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
